At Fragrance Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
